    Dr. Paine believes in conducting a thorough initial evaluation over 2 hours to establish the therapeutic alliance, clarify reasons for now seeking mental health support, examine how symptoms developed over the developmental period, and collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique mental health needs.

    Fee: $500 for 2 hour evaluation

  • Pharmacotherapy

    Dr. Paine specializes in the treatment of mental health symptoms through the use of medications. Dr. Paine engages his patients in a detailed informed consent procedure when medications are considered. Dr. Paine emphasizes collaboration with primary care providers, therapists, and school personnel if applicable.

    Fee: $200 for 30 min. appointment

  • Psychotherapy

    Dr. Paine is trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, supportive psychotherapy, and motivational interviewing. Whether you are looking for short-term, solution focused therapy or longer-term, depth oriented work, Dr. Paine is here to support your journey.
